Each year, the seven Ethnic & Gender Program departments determine how to use HESSR funds. They submit budget plans that include everything from staffing and resources to programming and operational needs. The Referendum Student Advisory Committee (RSAC) reviews these plans, and members vote on how the HESSR funds should be allocated. Formal recommendations are then sent to the Chancellor (or the Chancellor's designate) for final approval. The RSAC Recommendations are archived below:
